Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen also known as Popeye’s Chicken & Biscuits is an American multinational chain of fried chicken restaurants formed in 1972. Popeye’s serves chicken dishes in mild and spicy flavors and offers various sides such as biscuits, coleslaw, and cajun rice.

The Mutabak was very delicious, and so-called Karak. The Mutabak had the perfect balance of crispy, thin layers of dough that encased a flavorful and well–seasoned filling. What stood out the most was the authenticity of the dish. It truly felt like a genuine taste of the Middle East.
